Software Engineering Lead Position

This leadership role is designed for experienced professionals who have a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions.

Our ideal candidate has at least 3 years of experience working with Java 11 and above, Spring Boot, Spring Batch, and Spring Security. They must possess a strong understanding of microservice architecture, clean architecture, and database technologies such as PostgreSQL and MySQL.

  • Understanding of Agile Development/Project Management and DevOps CI/CD process is highly desirable.
  • Experience in managing security for critical applications and mitigating risks is essential.

The successful candidate will have excellent problem-solving skills, be proficient in testing frameworks like Junit and Spock, and have working knowledge of Docker, GIT, and Jenkins. Familiarity with Linux commands and data transfer tools like Axway CFT and MS SharePoint is also required.

Additionally, the selected candidate will need to demonstrate good communication skills and have a basic understanding of cloud services like AWS and Azure.

As a Software Engineering Lead, you will be responsible for providing technical direction and engineering leadership to a team of engineers. You will also contribute to the design and development of new products features and ensure that engineering processes are followed.

Responsibilities include:

  2. Maintaining product quality and ensuring that engineering processes are followed.
