Product Engineering Leadership Role

  • Owning the entire product lifecycle from concept to end-of-life with a focus on delivering top-notch quality products.
  • Defining ATE test plans, qualification procedures, and manufacturing processes.
  • Releasing products into manufacturing while adhering to tier 1-customer requirements.
  • Creating datasheets and automotive compliance reports.
  • Providing real-time customer support for design, product, and quality-related issues.
  • Conducting temperature, voltage, and process characterization and setting production limits.
  • Leading new product introduction and yield ownership.
  • Releasing and maintaining product BOMs.
  • Managing supplier excursions and customer escalations.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • At least 7 years of experience in product engineering.
  • A strong background in analog circuitry.
  • Familiarity with power management IC testing.
  • Knowledge of analog and mixed-signal circuitry.
  • Experience with common lab test equipment.
  • Familiarity with JEDEC/AEC qualification standards.
  • Experience with yield management tools.
  • Ability to manage supplier excursions and customer escalations.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
