Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Production Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the production process, ensuring efficiency, and implementing improvements to optimize production operations. This role requires strong analytical skills, problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor and analyze production processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement production plans to meet operational goals and quality standards.
- Collaborate with design and manufacturing teams to ensure product designs are production-friendly.
- Conduct time and motion studies to enhance productivity and workflow efficiency.
- Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions as necessary.
- Maintain and update production documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and reports.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations throughout the production process.
- Train and support production staff on equipment operation and best practices.
- Participate in scheduling maintenance and repairs of production equipment.

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience as a Production Engineer or similar role in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong understanding of production processes, machinery, and equipment.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools used for production management.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
