Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned professional to oversee the execution of our compliance monitoring strategy across residential child care homes in the UK. As a key Compliance Executive, you will play a pivotal role in conducting daily and weekly audits relating to child locations, staff records, and operational compliance.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of ensuring accurate records and safeguarding practices through meticulous data analysis and effective communication with cross-functional teams.

  • Conduct Daily Child Location Audits: Verify accuracy of child location records and ensure adherence to established protocols to maintain a safe environment for children.
  • Review Quality Reports: Examine quality reports to guarantee alignment with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Document Management: Maintain utility certificates and verify documentation accuracy to prevent errors and discrepancies.
  • Audit Tracking: Monitor centralized audit trackers to identify gaps, trends, or non-compliance issues and escalate as necessary.
