Job Title: Generative AI Engineer

We are seeking an innovative AI professional to spearhead the development of cutting-edge AI/ML solutions.

About the Role:

This position requires a highly skilled individual who can design, develop, and implement end-to-end AI/ML solutions utilizing the latest advancements in Generative AI, LLMs, Vector Databases, and NLP frameworks.

  • Develop LLM models that can comprehend textual data, uncover meaningful patterns, trends, and insights from unstructured information, ultimately solving complex analytical use cases.
  • Refine and improve the performance of AI models using sophisticated algorithms and methodologies, enabling accurate predictions and actionable outputs for analytical purposes.
  • Stay abreast of the latest advancements in NLP and LLM models, identifying and adopting cutting-edge techniques to drive business growth.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to address complex business challenges using LLM models, helping define requirements to build and scale LLM models across our customer base.

Responsibilities:

Lead the development and delivery of AI models, including proof-of-concepts

Provide data-driven insights and recommendations that support decision-making processes and facilitate overcoming analytical hurdles

Document methodologies, experiments, and outcomes in clear and concise terms, effectively communicating complex concepts and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Educate teams on the concepts, tools, and applications of Generative AI technologies, blending training, technical expertise, and practical guidance
