Product Insight Specialist

We're building field force proficiency for revenue growth.

This role will play a critical part in enabling data-driven decisions across the business, turning data into insights that influence product direction, customer success, and revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • ">ETL Pipeline Design & Development: Design, develop, and maintain scalable ETL pipelines using Python to support data ingestion, transformation, and integration from multiple sources.
  • A/B Testing Frameworks: Develop and maintain A/B testing frameworks, track key metrics, and analyze experiment results to inform product strategies.
  • Product Strategy Development: Work closely with the product team to develop and drive product strategy and new feature development.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer success, sales, and marketing, to support commercial strategies with data solutions.
  • Data Analysis & Insights: Analyze customer and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities that support revenue growth and improve customer engagement.
  • Dashboards & Reporting: Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using SQL and data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI to present insights to stakeholders.
  • Complex SQL Queries: Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data analysis and support decision-making processes.
  • Data Integrity & Quality: Ensure data integrity and quality through regular audits, validations, and monitoring.
  • Metric Development: Assist in the development of metrics and KPIs to measure the success of business initiatives.
  • Performance Data Analysis: Partner with commercial teams to analyze performance data and support customer-facing initiatives.
  • Ai Model Improvement: Data analysis and curation to improve AI models.
