Nomura is seeking a highly skilled Associate to join its Equity Products Hedge Fund team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment research and a passion for staying up-to-date with market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the team to develop and implement investment strategies, creating actionable insights for Hedge Fund clients.
  • Monitor and analyze macroeconomic events, identifying potential opportunities and risks for our clients.
  • Generate and pitch trade ideas, as well as collaborate with team members to identify and prioritize investment opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain data-driven decision-making frameworks, analyzing complex data sets to inform investment decisions.
  • Provide timely and accurate analysis and insights to team members, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in data analysis and market trend interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • A self-starter with a passion for investment research and a desire to contribute to the growth and success of Nomura's Equity Products Hedge Fund team.
