Automation Governance Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking an Automation Governance expert to develop and implement a governance and automation platform for enforcing best practices. This role is open to candidates with strong Python skills and expertise in testing frameworks and automation.

The ideal candidate will have experience creating frameworks similar to testing suites that validate code and practices, codifying rules into automated code checks. They will also integrate with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines, building systems for rule validation, documentation, and reporting. Additionally, the successful candidate will have experience developing backend systems using databases (SQL), automation, and data pipelines, enabling engineers to write custom compliance checks.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a framework for validating code and practices, incorporating rules into automated code checks.
  • Integrate with GitHub and CI/CD pipelines to build systems for rule validation, documentation, and reporting.
  • Develop backend systems using databases (SQL), automation, and data pipelines, empowering engineers to write custom compliance checks.
  • Finalize incomplete rule sets and create a global metrics tracking framework for practice adoption.
