We are currently seeking an accomplished Travel Coordinator

The ideal candidate will possess exceptional English language skills, excellent communication abilities, a talent for sales, and a customer-centric approach.

You will receive comprehensive training from our team to efficiently handle emails and other tasks, while delivering a personalized experience for each guest.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to booking inquiries of guests in a friendly manner.
  • Paying attention to the guest's requirements to ensure understanding of inquiries and providing an appropriate response.
  • Provide accurate information regarding availability, accommodation types, areas etc.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team as needed

Preferred Qualifications:

  • A degree in tourism or Hospitality Management.
  • Fluent in English (excellent grammar).
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Good computer skills, including the ability to type and talk while successfully navigating through multiple applications.
  • Interest in the travel industry.
  • Flexibility to work evening and weekend shifts.

Note: Preference will be given to candidates in Delhi/NCR who can join immediately.
