Market Access Leader

We are seeking a seasoned professional to spearhead market access activities, ensuring optimal product pricing, reimbursement, and patient access in the pharmaceutical sector.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic market access plans to guarantee optimal product pricing, reimbursement, and patient access for pharmaceutical products.
  • Conduct thorough market research and health economics analysis to identify market access barriers, pricing trends, and payer requirements.
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams to generate evidence supporting product value.
  • Negotiate reimbursement strategies, pricing, and access conditions with payers, government bodies, and healthcare authorities.
  • Prepare and submit reimbursement dossiers, value dossiers, pricing applications, and HTA submissions.
  • Monitor policy developments, regulatory changes, and competitive landscape to adapt access strategies.
  • Provide strategic insights and recommendations to support product launch planning and lifecycle management.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, including payers, KOLs, industry bodies, and internal teams.
  • Lead a small team of market access professionals, ensuring high performance and knowledge development.

Requirements:

  • Postgraduate degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Health Economics, Public Health, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Market Access, HEOR, Pricing & Reimbursement, or related function within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
  • Strong knowledge of healthcare systems, pricing & reimbursement pathways, HTA processes, and payer dynamics.
  • Proven experience in developing and implementing market access strategies, preparing reimbursement dossiers, and engaging with payers.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally in a fast-paced, matrixed organization.
