**Job Title:** Site Engineer-Office interiorsWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to join our team as a Site Engineer. The successful candidate will possess technical expertise, project management skills, and a commitment to excellence.About the Role

The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure that construction activities meet specified standards. This includes conducting preliminary site inspections, interpreting architectural and engineering drawings, preparing comprehensive reports, and developing accurate cost estimates.

Responsibilities
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date site documentation.
  • Conduct preliminary site inspections to assess site conditions and identify potential challenges.
  • Interpret architectural and engineering drawings to ensure accurate implementation of design plans.
  • Prepare comprehensive reports detailing site activities and progress updates.
  • Develop accurate cost estimates for materials, labor, equipment, and other project expenses.
  • Implement quality assurance processes and procedures to ensure that construction activities meet specified standards.
  • Review and authorize technical drawings and engineering plans to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Evaluate project feasibility and provide recommendations for approval or modification.
  • Enforce safety protocols and regulations to promote a safe working environment.
  • Monitor project costs and variations to maintain cost control.
  • Facilitate communication and coordination among project team members and stakeholders.
  • Evaluate site operations and processes to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide support to the project management team by coordinating site activities and resolving issues.
  • Undertake technical activities such as site surveys, measurements, material testing, and construction supervision.
  • Assist in the management of site personnel, subcontractors, and resources.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Site Engineer (5 years +) or similar role in the construction industry.
  • Proficiency in interpreting drawings, preparing reports, and developing cost estimates.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and safety regulations.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction management and be able to demonstrate excellent technical skills. A bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field is required, as well as 5+ years of experience as a Site Engineer or similar role in the construction industry.
