Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead the delivery of major infrastructure projects. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in ensuring consistent project governance, supporting commercial and planning aspects of project delivery, and aligning with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead project planning, controls, and reporting in line with industry frameworks and standards.
  • Ensure project compliance with governance regulations and contractual obligations.
  • Maintain project reporting calendars and coordinate periodic reviews with stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project finance dashboards and expenditure forecasts.
  • Track team utilization and support resource planning across multiple projects.
  • Manage onboarding and offboarding processes and maintain compliance matrices.
  • Act as a focal point for client communications and issue resolution.
  • Support project managers and technical leads in delivering design deliverables.
  • Participate in steering group initiatives and strategy refinement.
  • Maintain risk registers and implement mitigation strategies.
  • Oversee change control processes and associated financials.
  • Promote continuous improvement in project delivery and operations.
  • Review and advise on contract scope and discuss with project delivery teams.
  • Manage project controls through integrated systems.
  • Support the management of reporting and cost controls in collaboration with the Project Director and Technical Manager.
  • Collaborate with clients, architects, and subconsultants to ensure value engineering and risk mitigation strategies are implemented.
  • Develop Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) with assistance from the Technical Manager and Principal Project Manager.
  • You will ensure that quality procedures are being adhered to through discussions with Technical Leads.
  • Discuss potential efficiencies to provide added value to clients.
Requirements:
  • An appropriate degree qualification in a relevant field.
  • Membership of a Professional Institution or a relevant Project Management qualification (APM, PRINCE 2, MRICS, PMP).
  • 8-13 years of experience in project management.
