Senior HR Operations Manager

We are seeking an experienced HR professional to lead the design, implementation and continuous improvement of our core HR infrastructure. This role requires a strategic thinker who can evaluate and optimize HR systems, implement structured performance management processes, integrate employee development tools and ensure end-to-end compliance and operational excellence across all HR systems.
Key Responsibilities- Evaluate and improve HR systems to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness
- Design and implement performance management frameworks aligned with business objectives
- Integrate employee development tools to support assessments and learning and development initiatives
- Oversee system integrations to ensure seamless workflows across the employee lifecycle
- Partner with business leaders to ensure smooth execution and adoption across all teams
- Masters degree in Human Resource Development (MHRD)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in HR operations, with a strong focus on systems implementation and process improvement
- Demonstrated experience in HRMS evaluation, implementation and system integration
- Strong understanding of Indian employment laws and HR compliance
- Proven ability to design and implement performance management frameworks
