Telephony Specialist

As a Customer Engagement Specialist, you will be responsible for proactively contacting prospective clients from provided leads and directories to engage in meaningful conversations with high-net-worth individuals (HNI/UHNI) using a polished, professional tone.

You will clearly communicate the value of our premium products and offerings while qualifying potential leads and scheduling appointments/meetings for our Sales Team. You will also maintain and update call records, feedback, and follow-ups using CRM tools.

Additionally, you will handle basic client queries and route complex concerns appropriately, working closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively contact prospective clients from provided leads and directories
• Engage in meaningful conversations with HNI/UHNI clients with a polished, professional tone
• Clearly communicate the value of our premium products and offerings
• Qualify potential leads and schedule appointments/meetings for our Sales Team
• Maintain and update call records, feedback, and follow-ups using CRM tools

• Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience

Requirements:

• Excellent command of both Hindi & English – verbal and written
• A pleasing personality with outstanding telephone etiquette
• Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills
• Prior experience in tele calling, customer support, or sales coordination is a strong advantage
• Comfort in speaking with high-value clients confidently and professionally
• Ability to work independently, stay organized, and meet appointment targets
