Technical Project Manager

The Technical Project Manager owns end-to-end delivery of intelligent automation and generative-AI programs, translating business goals into scalable technical road-maps while coordinating cross-functional engineering, data science, security, and operations teams.

This role involves defining project scope, success metrics, and release plans for GenAI, Agentic AI, and RPA solutions. It also requires building and maintaining detailed schedules, sprint plans, risk registers, and dependency maps.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Management

  • Build and maintain detailed schedules, sprint plans, risk registers, and dependency maps.
  • Drive discovery workshops to capture business processes and identify automation or agentic opportunities.
  • Partner with solution architects to select models (LLMs, diffusion, hybrid), prompt-engineering patterns, and orchestration frameworks (LangChain, AutoGen, AgentOps, etc.).
  • Oversee development and deployment of RPA bots (UiPath, Automation Anywhere) and AI agents on AWS, or GCP.
  • Champion secure-by-design practices, ensuring model governance, data privacy, and Responsible AI compliance.
  • Establish KPIs—cost per transaction, latency, agent autonomy level, bot uptime—and deliver regular executive dashboards.
  • Manage vendor contracts, SoWs, and budgets.
  • Mentor scrum teams, conduct sprint retros, and drive continuous improvement with OKR tracking.
  • Coordinate change-management, user training, and hyper-care for production rollouts.
