About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Chief Digital Advertising Strategist to join our team at Lyxel&Flamingo (L&F).

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing performance and awareness campaigns on social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and Snapchat. With a strong focus on strategy and execution, you will help us deliver successful campaigns that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Planning and Execution: Develop comprehensive targeting segments and create campaign structures to meet client objectives.
  • Client Understanding and Strategy: Formulate strategies and roadmaps to deliver successful campaigns, leveraging your understanding of client business requirements.
  • Social Media Management: Provide day-to-day supervision and execution of client campaigns across all social media channels.
  • Budget Management and Analysis: Manage campaign budgets, review performance, optimize campaigns, and analyze user behavior.
  • Reporting and Insights: Generate reports to analyze account performance and present findings to clients on a weekly and monthly basis.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Develop recommendations based on Facebook Ads panel insights to inform decision-making across online marketing spectrums.
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, with a strong understanding of Google Analytics and data analysis.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a agency setting.
  • Proven track record of delivering successful social media campaigns and managing multiple client relationships.
  • Strong understanding of Facebook Ads, Instagram, Twitter, and Snapchat advertising platforms.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Effective communication and project management skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Estimated Salary: ₹12,00,000 - ₹20,00,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
