Responsibilities:- Lead and manage the Review and Peer Review Teams, fostering a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Oversight of the complete manuscript review workflow from submission to publication.
- Identification and implementation of process improvements to optimize throughput and reduce timelines.
- Monitoring of industry trends and emerging technologies (e.g., AI, workflow automation) to enhance productivity and author experience.
- Maintenance of the highest standards of scientific rigor, editorial excellence, and ethical publishing practices.
