Job Overview

An exciting opportunity awaits for a Decision Analytics Professional to join our team and make a meaningful impact.

As a key member of our analytics team, you will be responsible for developing advanced statistical models that relate marketing or sales activities to financial results. Your expertise in data analysis and interpretation will help guide clients and internal teams to make informed decisions.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Designing and implementing custom analysis tools in various software applications, such as Visual Basic, MS Excel, MS Access, SAS, and proprietary software.
  • Synthesizing and communicating complex results to clients and internal teams through clear and concise reports and presentations.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement solutions and drive business growth.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • A Bachelor's degree in engineering, MIS, operations management, or a related field.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and outside the box.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal teams.
  • Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python, and experience with advanced analytics concepts and algorithms.
