About the Role

A highly skilled professional is required to manage investment and trade operations, ensuring timely settlement across domestic and international markets.

Key responsibilities include:

  • At least eight years of experience in investment management or a related financial industry, preferably in a similar position at a bank, brokerage firm, or investment manager.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems/applications.
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and judgment skills.
  • Strong commitment to task completion and teamwork; ability to work independently with motivation and urgency in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Bloomberg's AIM Trade Complete, EAGLE Accounting system, Charles River Investment Management Solution, and CTM.
  • Knowledge of trade settlement processes across domestic and international markets.
  • Oversight of daily trade processing for Domestic Equity, International Equity, and Global Fixed Income securities.
  • Monitoring of trade flow and matching processes using OneTIS and/or DTCC CTM.
  • Collaboration with the Trading Desk for proper FX handling of non-USD trades.
  • Timely trade instruction to global custodians.
  • Partnership with FT Global Trade Services team to resolve settlement issues and participate in OD and claims resolution when required.
  • Maintenance, improvement, and refinement of related processes and controls.
  • Necessary manual entries for new accounts or transition accounts.
  • Participation in audit preparation, BCP planning, and DR testing.
