As a senior manager, you will play a key role in driving our investments strategy.

About the Role:
  • You will prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for clients with defined contribution, defined benefit, and delegated solution plans.
  • Analysis of investment options and overall plan performance will be a significant part of your responsibilities.
  • You will communicate with investment and custodian teams to gather and clarify client-specific data for reporting purposes.
  • Effective client communications and reviews are crucial to managing ramp-ups and ongoing transitions.
  • You will define, delegate, monitor, and participate in employee engagement activities to drive team success.
  • Mentoring and leading a team of analysts across different processes is an essential aspect of this role.
  • You will own accountability by helping teams troubleshoot issues on projects and ensure timely updates to stakeholders.
  • Driving process improvements and ensuring compliance with internal and client policies are also key responsibilities.

What You Need To Have:

  • A minimum of 8+ years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, economics, or mathematics.
  • A graduate degree in finance (or equivalent) and progress towards CFA and CIPM certifications is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Python, SQL, and MS Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex ideas in a clear and concise manner.
  • Experience in analyzing investment portfolios, researching investment managers, and computations of returns is highly desirable.
  • Good problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask, manage multiple priorities, and work in a dynamic environment.
