Job Title: Full Stack Developer

A Full Stack Developer is required to design, develop and maintain scalable web applications using Ruby on Rails.

This role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams to identify project requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop complex web applications utilizing best practices and design patterns.
  • Collaborate with other developers to ensure seamless integration of components.
  • Participate in code reviews, providing constructive feedback to improve overall quality.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of professional experience in Ruby on Rails development.
  • Strong knowledge of Ruby on Rails and experience with Sinatra.
  • Proven experience working with microservices-based architectures.
  • Familiarity with Kafka, ZooKeeper, and Thrift or similar messaging/streaming platforms.
  • Hands-on experience with SOLR for search and AWS services (especially AWS SQS, hosting, and cloud infrastructure).
  • Experience with security practices including bot mitigation (e.g., Cloudflare).
  • Proficiency in infrastructure monitoring tools, preferably Datadog.
  • Strong debugging, performance tuning, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Experience working in agile development environments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
