Job Opening: Full-Stack JavaScript Developer (NodeJS + ReactJS)

Location: Remote

Type: Full-time (Open to freelancers if long-term committed)

Compensation: ₹4–6 LPA (with performance-based growth in 3–6 months)

Schedule: 6–8 hours/day, 5–6 days a week

Position Opening: Immediate joining.

Position types: Full-time preffered, freelance can be considered too.

Role Overview

We're looking for a Full-Stack JavaScript Developer with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in NodeJS and ReactJS. You'll be working closely with our CTO to enhance existing projects and contribute to upcoming ones. Most tasks will be guided, but we value engineers who can take ownership and bring fresh ideas to the table.

Responsibilities
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance existing front-end and back-end applications.
  • Write clean, scalable, and efficient code in NodeJS and ReactJS.
  • Collaborate directly with the CTO to translate requirements into features.
  • (Optional but valuable) Contribute to system design and architecture when needed.
  • Ensure smooth deployment and basic DevOps (AWS/DynamoDB experience is a plus).
  • Debug and troubleshoot issues quickly and efficiently.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of professional experience with NodeJS and ReactJS.
  • Strong understanding of REST APIs and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
  • Experience working with databases (NoSQL/SQL; DynamoDB/AWS knowledge is a plus).
  • Ability to work independently while taking guidance from the CTO.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working remotely with reliable availability.
  • Communication in English/Hindi/Bengali (no strict requirement).
Nice-to-Haves (not mandatory, but good to have)
  • Experience with Redux, Next.js, or TypeScript.
  • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and testing frameworks (Jest, Mocha, Cypress).
  • Hands-on AWS cloud experience.
