Qualifications & Skills:

  • 7+ years of core project management experience in cross-functional environments.
  • Proven track record of managing complex projects and portfolios successfully.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with SDLC methodologies (Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Skilled in influencing and gaining buy-in from executives and stakeholders.
  • Information Technology knowledge is required.
  • Mandatory certification: PMP (Project Management Professional).
