Job Title: Senior Communications Strategist

We are seeking an experienced communications professional to lead our India operations as the Head of Corporate Communications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive external communication strategy aligned with global objectives, driving business results and enhancing our employer brand.
  • Manage all media relations, sponsorships, and partnerships as the primary spokesperson for our organization.
  • Position our organization as an employer of choice through targeted media outreach, social media engagement, and awards recognition.
  • Lead employer branding and employee engagement campaigns at scale, leveraging content marketing strategies to drive recruitment and retention efforts.
  • Drive content strategy for social media, website, and digital platforms, fostering a culture of innovation and creativity within our team.
  • Partner with leadership as a trusted advisor on communication strategy and execution, providing strategic counsel to inform key business decisions.
  • Manage creative agencies and deliver high-impact campaigns with measurable outcomes, ensuring a strong return on investment for our organization.
Requirements:
  • 15–20 years of relevant experience in corporate communications, PR, media, social media, or employer branding, with a proven track record of success in similar roles.
  • Strong media relations with local and regional networks, with the ability to build and maintain key relationships.
  • Excellent copywriting, content creation, and digital storytelling skills, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for telling compelling stories.
  • Proven expertise in B2B campaigns, events, and employer branding initiatives, with a focus on driving business growth and enhancing our reputation.
  • Experience in managing external agencies and creative collaborations, with a strong understanding of project management principles and stakeholder engagement.
  • Strong leadership, project management, and stakeholder management skills, with a collaborative approach and a customer-centric mindset.
