Cloud Architecture Specialist Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Architecture Specialist to design, build, and maintain our AWS cloud infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing scalable and secure cloud systems.

  • Main Responsibilities:
    • Design, build, and maintain AWS cloud infrastructure.
    • Proficient in AWS services including EC2, S3, RDS, VPC, Redshift, ECS, Route 53, Load Balancers, Auto Scaling, Cost Explorer, and others.
    • Experience setting up ECS/EKS clusters, configuring deployments, and implementing performance-based scaling.
    • Skilled in automating infrastructure setup using Terraform and CloudFormation.
    • Expertise in setting up new environments based on specific requirements and industry best practices.
  • Required Skills and Qualifications:
    • AWS IAM expertise, including role configuration, policy management, and user group administration.
    • Experience with RDS databases (MySQL, Redshift, PostgreSQL, MariaDB) and managing intranet user access.
    • Strong understanding of network configurations using services such as VPC, Subnets, Security Groups, NAT Gateways, Internet Gateways, Route 53, WAF, etc.
    • Proficiency in DevOps and CI/CD processes, including pipeline creation using Bitbucket/GitHub and familiar with ticketing systems like ServiceNow and Jira.
    • Excellent cost analysis and resource optimization skills, knowledgeable in using Trusted Advisor, Cost Explorer, and tagging for granular cost insights.
    • Hands-on experience with AMI upgrades, patch application, and maintenance window management.
    • Skilled in monitoring AWS environments using tools such as New Relic, Splunk, Prometheus, Grafana, and others.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently with clear communication skills and collaborate effectively as a proactive team player.
