
Digital Media Strategist

We're seeking a seasoned Paid Media Expert to lead our Google Ads efforts.
As a key member of our marketing team, you will be responsible for strategically owning and optimizing our Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max.
This is a high-impact role with strong ownership and clear performance accountability, reporting directly to the Performance Marketing Manager.
Key Responsibilities- Google Ads Planning & Execution:
- Build, launch, and scale high-performing Google campaigns that drive meaningful business results.
- Develop and execute structured full-funnel strategies to maximize ROI and ROAS.
- Own and optimize purchase event tracking, campaign attribution, and audience strategies to improve conversion rates.
- Campaign & Budget Management:
- Plan and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual Google Ads budgets with a focus on efficiency and growth.
- Monitor campaign performance daily and take real-time actions to optimize efficiency and growth.
- Utilize advanced campaign diagnostics and analytics tools to inform decision-making.
- App & Offline Store Marketing:
- Execute Google UAC campaigns for app installs and retention.
- Strategize and run store visit, event-based, and hyperlocal targeting campaigns to activate offline sales.
- Creative & Content Collaboration:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define creative requirements for search copy, display banners, and video ads.
- Develop clear briefs for performance-first creatives that resonate with our target audience.
- Research & Experimentation:
- Conduct competitor research, keyword gap analysis, and e-commerce trend tracking to stay ahead of the competition.
- Continuously test new ad formats, audience segments, and placements to optimize campaign performance.
- Reporting & Insights:
- Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports for internal stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Performance Marketing Manager to align Google Ads efforts with broader business goals.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience in managing large-scale Google Ads campaigns.
- Deep understanding of the e-commerce funnel, app install strategies, and paid performance metrics.
- Mastery of Search, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
- Strong analytical mindset and proficiency in tools like GA4, Google Ads Dashboard, and Auction Insights.
- High attention to detail and ownership mindset.
