Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Wireless Network Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our wireless access point software team, you will design and deliver new software and features for our next-generation Wi-Fi Access Points.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver new software and features for our next-generation Wi-Fi Access Points
  • Collaborate with system test and validation engineers to help with system test and integration
  • Work closely with multi-functional teams to craft a solution, implement it, and take it through qualification all the way to customer shipment and support
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience with BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent
  • Excellent C/C++/Python programming skills and strong analytical and logical solving skills
  • Experience working on TCP/IP network layer protocols
  • Self-motivated, strong sense of ownership, team player, ability to work in fast-paced environment
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Bonus Points
  • Wireless background specifically knowledge of 802.11 and Wi-Fi
  • Good understanding of Linux and network resource management
  • Experience with packet forwarding and DataPath
  • Automation and test experience with Phyton
  • Knowledge of management stack or hands on experience in any wireless controller or cloud-based management solution
  • Experience with customer interaction for technical problem-solving
