As a skilled Invoicing Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring the financial accuracy of our operations by maintaining timely and precise invoicing.
This involves preparing and issuing invoices to customers, meeting delivery timelines, and understanding key areas of invoicing specific to customers.
You will be responsible for entering invoices into customer invoicing websites, submitting them electronically, and checking each field before submission.
In addition, you will ensure that all supporting documents and backups are attached to invoices, update invoice submission status in Navision, and maintain logs and files as references.
Furthermore, you will work closely with the payroll and invoicing team to accelerate the invoice submission process and send out statements of accounts to customers.
Reconciling self-billed cases with customer-approved timesheets and handling invoice rejections and credit and rebills are also part of your responsibilities.
Lastly, you will assist Credit Control in invoicing and collection of payments, and continuously support the improvement of platforms for invoicing.
Required Skills and QualificationsThe ideal candidate should have at least two years of relevant experience in invoicing, excellent written and oral communication skills, hands-on experience with Microsoft Excel, good analytical and process knowledge, and accounting knowledge.
