Key Role in Life Sciences and Pharmaceutical Industry

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a key role in our life sciences/pharmaceutical industry. The successful candidate will have a strong background in business analysis, with a proven track record of driving process improvements and delivering high-quality results.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • At least 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst in the life sciences/pharmaceutical industry.
  • Strong expertise in Veeva Vault applications (PromoMats, MedComms, RIM, QMS, CRM, eTMF).
  • Deep understanding of content management, regulatory compliance, and commercial operations in the pharmaceutical domain.
  • Hands-on experience in requirements gathering, process mapping, system configuration, and user training.
  • Proficiency in Agile and SDLC methodologies.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong communication skills to liaise with business users, technical teams, and external vendors.
  • Knowledge of SQL, APIs, and integration tools (preferred but not mandatory).
