Job Overview:

The Technical Manager will oversee teams who work on customer identity management (CIAM) and security observability. This role ensures that team performance meets standards and aligns with company strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Oversee contractors, ensuring they meet job responsibilities and performance standards.
  • Communication: Facilitate communication between teams.
  • Performance Monitoring: Regularly review and assess contractor performance, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as needed.
  • Resource Management: Ensure teams have adequate resources to meet project deadlines.
  • Vendor Relationships: Manage relationships with vendors, ensuring contract adherence and quality of work meets standards.
  • Reporting: Generate regular reports on team performance to senior management.
  • Compliance: Ensure operations comply with policies and procedures, as well as relevant legal requirements.

Requirements:

  • Experience: At least 7 years in technology project management, with focus on managing teams.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with CIAM and SIEM & SOAR technologies, including Ping Identity, Okta, Transmit Security, and Splunk.
  • Familiarity with Elastic or Splunk or Cribl.
  • Awareness of AI & ML.
  • Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management skills with ability to motivate and guide diverse teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to identify issues proactively.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in computer science, IT, or related field.
