AI-Driven Design Leader

We are seeking a visionary leader to oversee the development of our AI-powered features. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for defining user experiences, creating wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs that drive business outcomes.

This is an opportunity to shape the future of our platform by integrating new AI-driven features and collaborating with designers, product managers, engineers, and researchers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and impactful user experience.

Responsibilities:
  • Define user experiences for AI-powered features from concept to delivery.
  • Identify opportunities to integrate automated workflows, insights, and actions across multiple touchpoints in the product experience.
  • Conduct user research, analyze data, and synthesize insights to inform design decisions.
  • Design scalable, AI-enhanced analytics solutions for B2B SaaS.
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive user experience.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in product design, specifically in B2B SaaS environments.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating complex problem-solving, with experience designing AI products preferred.
  • Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
  • Demonstrate systems thinking that connects individual data visualizations to create a coherent experience.
  • Strategically build consensus and trust across diverse stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • Manage project expectations through visibility and negotiation.
