About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Backend/Full-stack Developer who shares our passion for technology and problem-solving.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, be proficient in MERN technologies, and thrive in a fast-paced collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain high-performance backend services using Node.js and JavaScript.
  • Integrate MongoDB and other data layers for performance and scalability.
  • Solve complex problems with minimal guidance, showcasing strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth deployment and scalability of systems.
  • Design and implement efficient backend architecture to ensure optimal processing and data management.
  • Take ownership of assigned tasks, ensuring high-quality deliverables and meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in Backend/Full-stack engineering.
  • Hands-on experience with Python, JavaScript, and MongoDB.
  • Experience with Docker.
  • Proficiency in English or Spanish at C1 or C2 level, both written and spoken.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to handle complex tasks with minimal information.
  • Ownership mentality: proactive, accountable, and willing to take on responsibility beyond your role.
  • Availability to work in US East Coast time zone.
