Job Title

A senior developer and technical lead will play a key role in the success of our team.

  • Expertise in Java, Spring Boot, NodeJS, MySQL database, and Postgress database is essential.

The ideal candidate must be fluent in reading, writing, and conversing in Japanese with native speakers and have at least 5 to 10 years of IT experience.

Key responsibilities include coordinating with customer SMEs, onsite and offshore teams, and actively contributing to application transition and stabilization phases by aligning to Japan (JST) working hours.

The successful candidate will have advanced knowledge of designing and implementing APIs and integrations in insurance or financial systems, as well as exposure to Agile methodology, DevOps, Security vulnerability management, and P&C Insurance domain knowledge.

They will also be familiar with OpenShift, containerization, CI/CD practices, and test automation tools.

Additionally, the candidate will contribute towards various transformation initiatives to achieve project goals, mentor junior team members, and develop backend components and microservices using Java, Spring Boot, and NodeJS for core insurance processes.

Requirements:
  • Strong technical skills in Java, Spring Boot, NodeJS, MySQL database, and Postgress database.
  • Fluency in reading, writing, and conversing in Japanese.
  • At least 5 to 10 years of IT experience.
