Job Opportunity:

We are seeking a skilled professional with extensive experience in designing and verifying custom memory architectures, including SRAM design, characterization, and layout creation.

A key responsibility of this role will be to ensure the successful execution of projects by developing and implementing design quality plans, DFMEA, and project health reports.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience with different types of memory architectures
  • SRAM leafcell GDS design expertise from scratch to top-level integration
  • Familiarity with advanced node technologies (7nm/5nm/3nm)
  • Proficiency in physical verification flows (DRC, LVS, DFM, PERC, ERC, EM, IR)
  • Cadence Virtuoso layout editor and Caliber Physical Verification Flow skills
  • Synopsys Custom Compiler experience is highly valued
  • Understanding of good layout practices in lower process nodes (7nm and 5nm)
  • FinFET architecture expertise and knowledge of variability and manufacturability challenges
  • Electro-migration (EM) and IR drop optimization expertise
  • Layour debugging for yield enhancement and manufacturing robustness
  • Creation of detailed and optimized physical layouts for memory cells, arrays, and peripheral circuits using Cadence Virtuoso or Synopsys Custom Compiler
