Asset Management Specialist

As an experienced professional, you will be part of our team at Frontend Arts, helping customers achieve a competitive advantage through technology innovation.
Key Responsibilities:- Configure and customize Maximo modules (Work Order, Asset, Inventory, Procurement) with strong expertise.
- Develop and maintain workflows, escalations, automation scripts, and BIRT reports to ensure high-quality solutions.
- Perform system administration tasks including user setup, security groups, domains, and cron jobs for seamless operations.
- Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and translate them into effective Maximo solutions.
- Provide documentation, user manuals, and end-user training to facilitate knowledge sharing.
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in IBM Maximo Asset Management (preferably v7.6 or later).
- Proficiency in Java, SQL, and scripting languages (JavaScript, Jython).
- Experience with Maximo Integration Framework (MIF), REST APIs, web services, and middleware for integrations is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related field; IBM Maximo certification preferred.
