Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Front End Developer to lead the design and implementation of advanced front end frameworks. The ideal candidate will possess expert-level proficiency in crafting highly performant and scalable front end solutions using React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and implementation of advanced front end frameworks, ensuring optimal performance and extendability.
  • Utilize React, JavaScript, and TypeScript to develop robust and flexible solutions that meet the platform's evolving needs.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude and strong aptitude to rapidly contribute to the core buildout of our mission-critical platform.
  • Work closely with the development team to drive continuous improvement and iteration of front end components.
  • Collaborate effectively with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers to translate requirements into scalable and intuitive user interfaces.
  • Communicate ideas, solutions, and challenges clearly and effectively to cross-functional teams.
  • Champion high-performance front end architecture and adherence to best practices.
  • Stay abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends, incorporating them into the development process as appropriate.
Requirements
  • Expertise: A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in Front End development, with a deep understanding of React, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
  • Technical Proficiency: Demonstrable expertise in crafting performant and scalable front end architectures, showcasing an advanced understanding of key technologies and best practices.
  • Collaboration Skills: Proven ability to collaborate effectively with UX/UI designers, product managers, and backend developers to deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and hit the ground running to drive the buildout of mission-critical platforms.
Desirable

Capital Markets/Investment Banking Experience: Prior experience in the front office or trading domain within capital markets or investment banking is highly desirable. Familiarity with the unique challenges and requirements of these sectors is a plus.
