Job Title: Civil Infrastructure Designer

The primary role of this position is to design and develop civil infrastructure systems, including structural elements, foundations, and related components. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer-aided design (CAD) software, particularly AutoCAD, Tekla, and Advance Steel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and prepare detailed drawings for civil infrastructure projects, including foundation designs, beam layouts, and slab structures.
  • Develop general arrangement drawings for structure piping/PEB structure.
  • Prepare fabrication drawings, including connection details and materials specifications.
  • Assist in preparing layout drawings and cutting layout drawings.
  • Collaborate with engineers to ensure accurate and complete documentation.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in CAD software, specifically AutoCAD, Tekla, and Advance Steel.
  • Strong understanding of civil infrastructure design principles and standards.
  • Familiarity with material specifications, welding symbols, and piping specifications.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience with vendor drawing review/commenting.
  • Knowledge of bar bending schedules and as-built mark-ups.
