Media Buyer Role

We are seeking a skilled Media Buyer to join our team. This role is responsible for scaling lead generation and direct purchase campaigns, owning the daily execution, optimisation, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with hands-on experience running Facebook, Instagram, Google, and YouTube conversion ads.

  • Plan, execute, and optimize conversion campaigns across Facebook and Google properties.
  • Monitor campaign performance and implement optimizations to maximise scale, ensuring that KPIs and objectives are met both short and long term.
  • Manage and distribute budgets effectively to consistently meet client expectations.
  • Compile and analyse daily data in Sheets to find insights on what's working and what's not working.
  • Identify multiple buyer personas and conduct audience research based on these personas.
  • Analyse drops in performance, find the root cause of these drops, and come up with all possible solutions to solve the problem.
  • Realise patterns from daily data and find opportunities to further improve campaign performance, i.e., increase scale and decrease CPAs and CPLs.
  • Ideate and regularly test new ad copies, creatives, audiences, and campaigns.

  • A resourceful and creative individual, able to ideate or recognise potential media buying opportunities.
  • Excellent written and spoken communication skills.
  • A team player, but able to work independently when necessary.
  • A proactive instead of reactive, and likes to respond over any communication channel on time.
  • Always available for calls and maintains punctuality.
