Job Title: Operations Specialist

This role is a critical part of our team, responsible for ensuring seamless delivery of MS services to our customers.

The successful candidate will be accountable for handling a dedicated team aligned to specific customers, focusing on delivering improved ATM uptime and customer satisfaction.

To achieve this, the Operations Specialist will define Key Result Areas (KRAs) for the team, monitor performance closely, and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze data-driven metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and devise ways to control performance leakages.

In addition, the Operations Specialist will be responsible for leading and managing Customer Reviews, ensuring that internal and customer reports are accurately prepared and delivered in a timely manner.

Responsibilities:

  2. Manage a dedicated team aligned to specific customers, focusing on delivering improved ATM uptime and customer satisfaction.
  3. Define KRAs for the team, monitor performance closely, and drive initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and quality.
  4. Analyze data-driven metrics to identify improvement opportunities and devise ways to control performance leakages.
  5. Lead and manage Customer Reviews, ensuring that internal and customer reports are accurately prepared and delivered in a timely manner.
  6. Ensure effective interdepartmental coordination to ensure work orders/tasks/projects are smoothly taken forward to a satisfactory conclusion.
  7. Evaluate vendor performance and determine ways to motivate or improve their performance.
  8. Drive initiatives to enhance the quality or efficiency of help desk services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from any stream, with good practical hands-on experience with MS Office tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM.
  • At least 5 years of work industry experience in ATM operations.
  • Excellent Soft skills, Presentation skills, and Interpersonal skills (verbal & written) are essential.
