Quality Assurance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our quality assurance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our services.
- Participate in client calls and understand quality requirements from both process and target perspectives.
- Identify methods to achieve quality targets and implement them in consultation with operations managers or team managers.
- Identify errors with high inspection efficiency.
- Provide face-to-face feedback and send emails with error types on a daily basis as per protocol.
- Ensure correction of errors by respective operations associates.
- Counsel employees to minimize errors and improve performance.
- Provide inputs to training teams on common mistakes made to enhance training curricula.
- Test files/batches for new clients/processes as part of familiarization.
- Generate QA reports on a daily basis.
- Achieve internal & external SLA as per defined processes.
- Meet and exceed inspection efficiency scores, calibration scores, knowledge and skills scores, inspection productivity rates, and other relevant metrics.
- Record identified errors for organizational reference.
- Must possess a bachelor's or master's degree.
- Minimum 6 years of professional experience in US healthcare (RCM) across service lines including coding, AR, billing, client, and stakeholder management, team management.
- Good understanding of quality matrices.
- Proficiency in quality tools.
