Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Financial Manager to join our team.

As a Financial Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day financial transactions of the company. This includes managing accounts payable and receivable, preparing financial statements, invoices, and expense reports, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring all data is up-to-date.

You will also conduct bank reconciliations, monitor cash flow, and assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities. Additionally, you will ensure timely payment of bills, salaries, and other financial obligations, prepare tax filings, GST reports, and other statutory compliances, and collaborate with auditors during financial audits.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of financial regulations, taxation, and accounting standards, as well as excellent numerical skills and attention to detail. You will also have proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP, and be able to analyze financial data and prepare comprehensive reports.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks, or SAP.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations, taxation, and accounting standards.
  • Excellent numerical skills and attention to detail.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other financial analysis tools.

Educational Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CA Inter, CMA, or similar are advantageous.

Experience:

  • 1-3 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related roles.
  • Experience in an educational or corporate environment is a plus.
