Financial Planning and Analysis Expert

As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading the financial planning and analysis function.

  • Develop and enforce financial plans, including budgeting, forecasting, and strategic planning.

You will collaborate with department heads to create departmental budgets and ensure alignment with overall organizational goals. Your expertise in direct and indirect taxes is highly desirable.

We are seeking an experienced finance professional with strong analytical and problem-solving skills to lead our finance team.

Your responsibilities will include preparing accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and analyses to stakeholders. You must ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards.

You will identify opportunities for cost optimization, revenue enhancement, and risk mitigation. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to support business objectives and ensure financial integrity.

Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the finance department. Delegation of tasks and responsibilities will ensure efficient workflow and optimal utilization of resources.

Build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Serve as a key point of contact for financial inquiries and communications.

Evaluate and implement financial systems, tools, and technologies to streamline processes and enhance efficiency. Stay current with advancements in financial technology and recommend innovations to improve financial operations.
