As a seasoned automation expert, you will play a pivotal role in the development of our Enterprise TruRisk Platform.

Key responsibilities include leading automation efforts to achieve maximum coverage, designing and implementing testing frameworks, and maintaining high-quality product capabilities using micro-services and Big Data based components.

Responsibilities:
  • Drive automation strategy to maximize efficiency and quality.
  • Develop innovative automation frameworks using programming languages such as Java and Selenium.
  • Implement automated big data workflows for ingestion, aggregation, ETL processing, and more.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment.
  • Contribute to the design, development, and testing of complex engineering projects.
  • Participate in test planning and execution, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy.
  • Identify areas for improvement and suggest solutions to optimize testing processes.
  • Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform automation strategies.
Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in full-time testing roles, with at least 4-6 years in hands-on automation lead positions.
  • Hands-on experience with Java and Selenium.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing automation frameworks.
  • Experience with automating backend applications, including databases and REST APIs.
  • Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
  • Excellent debugging skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
  • Working knowledge of Linux/Unix environments.
  • Strong understanding of testing methodologies and principles.
  • Experience with Big Data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, Kafka, and Elastic is highly desirable.
