Job Description

We are seeking a senior quality assurance automation engineer to join our quality engineering team.

  • Design and implement test automation frameworks for Salesforce and nCino applications.
  • Create, maintain, and execute automation test scripts for functional, regression, and integration testing.
  • Collaborate with developers, product owners, and business analysts to review requirements and user stories.
  • Perform end-to-end testing of nCino modules including loan origination systems, credit memos, collateral tracking, covenant tracking, deposit account opening, and workflow automation.
  • Validate Salesforce lightning APIs and integrations with external systems.
  • Ensure test coverage across UI, API, data, and performance testing.
  • Define and track quality metrics, identifying defects and driving resolution.
  • Mentor junior QA team members and contribute to best practices in automation.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Our ideal candidate should have:

  • 9+ years of QA experience, with at least 4+ years in Salesforce QA and nCino projects.
  • Strong knowledge of nCino modules and banking workflows.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesforce testing frameworks, API testing, and CI/CD tools.
  • Familiarity with data validation and ETL testing for Salesforce integrations.
  • Proficiency in Agile/Scrum methodology.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
