Business Analyst Job Overview

Role Summary:

  • Engage in comprehensive training sessions on operational controls, compliance standards, Lean Six Sigma methodologies, and audit requirements to develop a thorough understanding of business processes.
  • Accurately post daily invoices according to established procedures and maintain open communication with stakeholders regarding approval or information dependencies related to invoice posting, goods receipt follow-ups, three-way matching, and service-level agreements (SLAs).
  • Participate in month-end close activities involving invoice preparation, update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with process-related modifications in line with Quality Management Framework (QMF), and ensure adherence to all SLAs and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Collaborate with team members to resolve queries, perform invoice postings in AX and SAP systems, and maintain strict adherence to agreed-upon SLAs and KPIs.
  • Act upon guidance from Team Leads and peers to complete tasks associated with internal, external, and compliance audits.
  • Contribute actively to all employee engagement initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in accounting.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in Intercompany, Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Record-to-Report (RTR), SAP ERP, Hyperion Financial Management (HFM).
  • Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Flexibility to work in any shift.
