Technical Lead Position

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced technical lead to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for leading and driving the development of complex, scalable, and high-performance applications utilizing Java, Springboot, and AWS cloud services.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers to ensure the successful delivery of projects
  • Design and develop highly scalable, secure, and maintainable applications using Java and Springboot
  • Architect, implement, and optimize AWS cloud services and infrastructure
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical roadmaps and ensure alignment with business goals
  • Troubleshoot and address performance and security issues
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Stay up to date with the latest technologies and best practices in Java, Springboot, and AWS

Requirements:

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in computer science or a related field
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience in Java development with a strong focus on Springboot
  • Deep understanding of AWS cloud services and infrastructure
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring engineering teams
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
  • AWS certifications (e.g. AWS Certified Solutions Architect, AWS Certified Developer) are a plus

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement Java Springboot applications on the AWS platform
  • Lead and mentor a team of engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining software systems
  • Provide technical guidance and support for architectural design and development
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues
  • Stay current with the latest trends and best practices in Java Springboot and AWS development
  • Take ownership of the overall technical solution and drive the implementation of best practices and standards
