Job Opportunity: Sr Functional Consultant

Fusion SCM Sr Functional Consultants play a pivotal role in implementing Oracle SCM Cloud modules at both offshore and onshore client engagements. This entails collaborating with customers to comprehend their business processes, mapping them to Fusion Procurement, Order Management/Pricing, Inventory Management, Planning, PDH, Manufacturing, Costing & other SCM Cloud Modules.

The ideal candidate is an experienced consulting professional who possesses an in-depth understanding of solutions, industry best practices, multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality work products to engagements by operating independently.
  • Perform varied and complex duties and tasks that require independent judgment to implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs.
  • Apply Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices.
  • Demonstrate expertise to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.
  • May act as the team lead on projects.

Requirements:

  • Hold an undergraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  • Possess product or technical expertise relevant to practice focus.
  • Have the ability to communicate effectively and build rapport with team members and clients.
  • Be willing to travel as needed.
  • 4-7 years' experience with minimum 2+ years Consulting/Solutioning/Implementation experience in Oracle ERP application.
  • Expertise in at least 2 Fusion SCM modules (Supply/Demand/Sales & Operations Planning, Fusion Product Data Hub, Fusion Procurement, Order Management, Inventory Management, Manufacturing, Maintenance & other SCM Cloud Modules) is essential.
  • Minimum 2 End-to-End Implementation experience in Oracle ERP.
  • Excellent Communication & Client Handling skills. Be ready to travel onsite on Short/Long term assignments.
