Supply Chain Manager Job Description

This is a challenging and rewarding role for an experienced supply chain professional. As a Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of Oracle Supply Chain solutions, focusing on planning, sourcing, production, and delivery of goods and services.

About the Job:

  • You will work independently to provide quality work products to an engagement, applying your knowledge of industry best practices and multiple business processes or technology designs within a product/technology family.
  • As a senior consulting professional, you will provide expertise in Oracle methodology, company procedures, and leading practices to deliver functional and technical solutions on moderately complex customer engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Implement Oracle products and technology to meet customer needs, performing varied and complex duties and tasks that need independent judgment.
  2. Develop and configure detailed solutions for moderately complex projects, effectively consulting with management of customer organizations and participating in business development activities.

Requirements:

  • Experience in one or more modules like Procurement Suite covering Purchasing, Self Service Procurement, Sourcing, Contracts, SQM, Approval Management using AMX and BPM, and Inventory is must. Good to have exposure in Order Management, Pricing, Service Contract, Install Base, Manufacturing and Planning.
  • At least 3-4 full life cycle implementations, preferably with US implementation experience, having experience in conducting architecture, design, and solution workshops, conceptualizing and articulating integration designs and conducting Conference Room Pilots.
  • Bachelor of Engineering or master's degree in business administration (MBA) with 5 to 10 years of total experience in EBS or Cloud Application Implementations, excellent communication skills – written & verbal, mandatory.
