Role Description

  • Full-time content writer with a focus on sports.
  • Flexible work arrangement allowing you to work remotely from anywhere.
  • A six-day work week with nine hours of shift aligned with US timings – early morning/evening IST.

Responsibilities

  • Write engaging articles on breaking news in sports, ensuring speed, accuracy, and depth.
  • Monitor live sports events, team updates, and trending sports news to stay ahead of the curve.
  • Collaborate with the editorial team to ensure high-quality content that resonates with fans.
  • Generate fresh ideas for content that engages a global audience.
  • Maintain journalistic standards of accuracy, ethics, and objectivity in every piece.

Qualifications

  • Proficient in English with excellent writing and editing skills.
  • Meticulous in research and adept at crafting well-structured narratives.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • At least one year of experience in news writing, preferably in sports.
  • Passionate about either writing or sports.
  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress is a plus.
