Job Title: Process Trainer

Are you an expert in training processes? Do you have a passion for coaching and mentoring others? If yes, we have the perfect opportunity for you As a Process Trainer, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality training sessions to our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New Hire Training (Classroom and computer-based/remote)
  • Manage Training batches - usually 1:20 ratio
  • Feedback & Coaching agents on Process, Quality & Best Practices & OJT Support
  • Documented feedback as per gaps identified in audit
  • Weekly calibration calls with client/internal as per calibration roster
  • Conduct training sessions as per requirement under specified timelines
  • Performance Assessment of Trainees during tests
  • Database management, Tbase, daily reports, and analysis
  • Motivating associates through effective management, career development & implementation of reporting mechanisms
  • Process transactions on a weekly or Monthly basis as defined by process
  • Maintain Competency by undergoing TTT certification, get certified on new products and known the training phase
Requirements:Skillset:
  • Excellent Communication Skills (Verbal & Written), client-facing role
  • Flexibility to work in shift, preferably afternoon shift
  • Knowledge of UK Mortgages
  • Experience working with Microsoft applications such as Form, Excel, Word etc
  • Creation of Academies, creation of Newsletter, etc
  • Attention to detail to ensure accuracy
  • Ability to conduct detailed investigations using Service Providers and open sources to remediate compliance alerts and to independently research, analyze, and recommend solutions to close open items and discrepancies
  • Result-oriented and client-focused
  • Feedback and Coaching skills
  • Good rapport-building skills, extremely methodical and organized
  • Specific experience with cryptocurrency products as user and/or experience working in digital currency industry, preferred but not mandatory
Qualifications:
  • Graduate in any stream. Shouldn't be enrolled in any regular course.
  • Minimum of 3+ years experience in UK Mortgages, preferably E2E
  • Citizen of India or allowed to work in India
  • Above the age of 18 Years
